Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps Performance in Bulgaria for Q4 2021

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five Maps and Navigation applications in Bulgaria demonstrated varied performance across weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here are the insights based on Sensor Tower data.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps saw an overall increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 1.1K in the final week of December. The weekly revenue also experienced fluctuations, reaching a high of around $477 in the week of November 22. The weekly active users rose steadily from 2.1K at the beginning of October to about 2.3K by the end of December.

iGO Navigation had a mixed quarter with weekly downloads peaking at 381 in mid-October. The weekly revenue showed a significant increase, particularly in mid-October, hitting $181. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 706 and ending the quarter at 748.

Navionics® Boating experienced a decline in weekly downloads, with numbers dropping from 129 at the end of September to 43 by the end of December. The weekly revenue also saw a downward trend, peaking at $306 at the start of the quarter and falling to $62 by the end. The active users followed a similar decline, starting at 170 and ending at 71.

Bans For Trucks - Europe had a relatively stable quarter in terms of weekly downloads, maintaining an average of around 100 downloads per week. The weekly revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $65 in mid-October. Active users remained stable, averaging around 1.4K throughout the quarter.

TomTom GO Navigation showed consistent performance in weekly downloads, with a notable increase in the final week of December, reaching 516 downloads. The weekly revenue saw minor peaks, with the highest being $95 in mid-November. Active users showed a steady increase, starting at 710 at the end of September and reaching 847 by the end of December.
